She has over 3000 hours total time, including 800+ aerobatic and emergency maneuver training hours in tailwheel aircraft. She has worked with the FAA safety team (FAAST) to design seminars and flight-training around LOC-I and Emergency Maneuver Training. Wei-En is passionate about aviation safety, and is a competition aerobatic pilot Wei-En obtained her Ph.D. Masters, and Bachelors in Mathematics, Econometrics, Statistics, French and Comparative Literature at Stanford, Harvard and Cornell Universities. She has managed and structured hedge funds, and has worked in leadership positions in aerospace, clean energy, and finance.
